The Dad Cave:
A Monochrome Home Office

This home office makeover was a FUN one! We call it "The Dad Cave".

We combined different functions of the room (home office / gaming room / movie night room) into a cohesive space and added lots of shelving space to display the client's books and collectibles. 

Our lovely clients both agreed to taking a risk and allowing us to create a BOLD black accent wall that really anchored the room and provided a nice backdrop for the bookcase and sofa (while taking attention away from the bathroom entrance which we hoped to hide).

The final result is a monochrome home office with a big cosy sofa to play video games or enjoy a family movie night.​
